Award winning ALEXANDER’S STEAKHOUSE is opening its first branch in Shiodome in central Tokyo.

ALEXANDER’S STEAKHOUSE is well known for using high quality ingredients combined with a zest of Japanese eccentricity.

OUR BEEF

ALEXANDER’S STEAKHOUSE is renowned for making its own specialized dry aged beef.
Most of our aged beef is charcoal grilled.
We have acquired great reputations for utilizing the finest quality ingredients in our appetizers and exquisite desserts.

At Tokyo, ALEXANDER’S STEAKHOUSE by using state of the art cooling refrigerators in shipping,
and by dry aging on site at our Tokyo location,
we are able to offer best US prime dry aged steaks as our California location.
Domestic wagyu also play a prominent role on our menu.
We offer our wagyu from private farmers where not on the market.
